Once upon a time, there was a girl who loved writing letters and books, but she got scared to write. Then, she decided she wanted to be brave and write things on the internet (even though she was still afraid).

So here I am. I am that girl. And I still love writing and letters and books. Honestly, I just love media: written, visual, social, etc. I tend to be cynical, but I try to be kind and I want the world to be a better place.

Growing up, Gilmore Girls was a comfort show, but because I was Mormon, I did not get the coffee craze. Now I get the coffee craze. I drink coffee at least once a day and it is perfect.

​

When I go thrifting, I look at the taxidermied bugs and the stained glass lamps and I only touch the things that I like. I have a collection of old shoes and too many books to name. I love horror novels and I love horror movies. 

 

I finally graduated with my bachelor's degree in English Literature. I am a first-generation graduate and it took much longer than I hoped, but I got my diploma in the mail, so I'm pretty sure it's real.

 

Right now, I am figuring out the whole 9-5 thing, paying off student debt, and trying to determine how/when grad school factors in. Life may be tricky, but I hope mostly good. ​

I have lived in California, North Dakota, Utah, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia, Idaho, Washington D.C., and Spain so far. Currently, I am back in Utah, but I am excited to experience new places again soon.
